Mr. Ramana Reddy Devulapalli is the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of the DVR Group with over 35 years of professional experience across India and the United States. He is a technocrat entrepreneur with extensive expertise in IT consulting, real estate development, and business leadership — building a strong global professional network and a reputation as a strategic leader and relationship builder.
In India
Mr. Ramana Reddy Devulapalli serves as the Founder and Chairman of Disha Dwellings Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based real estate development company that has successfully developed over 650 multi-family residential units and currently has more than 600 units under construction. An Electrical and Electronics engineering graduate, Mr. Reddy has led the execution of landmark projects spanning townships, commercial infrastructure, and urban developments. He is known for a hands-on leadership style, a strong focus on client relationships, and a commitment to building sustainable, future-ready developments. Under his leadership, Disha Dwellings has been recognized for excellence in project delivery, safety standards, and workforce development. Mr. Reddy is a U.S. Permanent Resident and currently resides in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey.
